COVID-19 has put undue pressure on the freight industry here in New Zealand. This is often resulting in extended delivery times that are out of our control. It is frustrating but there is nothing that we can do. Be kind.

Winter is here

As much as we don’t like it winter can cause delays with delivery. If you are in the South Island there can easily be delays if there are disruptions to the ferry crossings etc. If you have flooding or snow in your area this can affect your delivery. So please be patient – its as frustrating for us as it is for you.

Standard Delivery Schedule

We try and ship all orders the next day from confirmation. Some times we get them out the same day. We are a rural based business and have to drop off all orders to the depot in the nearest town. So we endeavour to do this once a day. 

Normal delivery estimates (excluding weekends, public holidays & rural):

North Island:  within 2-3 days

South Island:  within 3-4 days

(Actual delivery time depends largely on the particular product size & weight.)

Rural Delivery

Allow an extra 2-3 DAYS for rural delivery.

In peak season (pre-Christmas) rural contractors take a lot longer – so please don’t be angry at us – its out of our control.

Please make sure your RD number is included on your address details.  No RD number no shipment and we will have to delay until we contact you and receive the information.

Usually once the parcel has been handed over to the rural contractor (in most cases NZ Post), the online tracking system is signed off and any tracking enquiries have to be done by phone. This takes a day or so to get the info back.

To avoid these delays and extra delivery costs, consider using a business or friends address that is not Rural delivery.

PO Box Addresses

Couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.  Please use a physical address where someone can sign for the parcel during the daytime, or a courier ‘agent’ – see above.   

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided along with the expected delivery day once your order has been packed.  You will have to provide an email address for tracking details to be supplied. Tracking on Rural Delivery ticket is limited.

Shipping Costs / Free Delivery

Orders over $250 are automatically shipped freight free (unless otherwise stated on very large/heavy items) anywhere in New Zealand.


28-day Returns Policy

Glenbrook Performance is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any products or merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the product. The product must be unused and still in sealed / saleable condition.

Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 28 days after purchase.
All items are able to be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in (including sale items)

Once received, we will inspect and process the goods within 3 working days to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible

Returns cannot be accepted on electrical/electronic components due to their nature.

Defective products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us prior to returning to discuss the issue(s) with the product.

Return Terms & Conditions

Once your return is received we will endeavour to inspect and process the goods within 2 working days.

We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
